«Boyevoye Bratstvo» («Combat Brotherhood») military experts’ meeting took place in Moscow.

The meeting was attended by famous experts in Arab studies, Middle East experts, military veterans and special services’ veterans. This is reported by «Russian Spring» special corrspondent who also attended the meeting.

Qadri Jamil was present at an expert meeting. Jamil is one of the Syrian opposition leaders, head of the Syrian Popular Front for Changes and Liberation, former vice-prime minister of Syria.

In course of discussion with round table participants he stressed the fact that ISIS is criminal financial system.

«Al-Qaeda and Da’esh (ISIS — edit.) — are the participants and representatives of the world financial criminal system, who earn on arms traffic, drugs and prostitution. This is controlled and protected by special services and states profiting from ISIS success», — he said.

According to him ISIS is basically «fascism like it was in the thirties and forties».

Which means the whole formation history, from financial component to political one.

«I refer to fascism definition according to Dimitrov*. USA’s operation on ISIS** creation is called «Wasps’ nest», — said Jamil.
