A Russian military Advisor killed in Syria has been presented with a state award.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense. “The Russian military adviser in Syria was instructing the Syrian army in the development of new weapons included in the framework of existing interstate contracts of military-technical cooperation”, reported the military.
