Aleppo has been taken back by the Syrian Army, under the watchful eye of the Russian air force. Civilians have been evacuated en masse on behalf of Russia. Meanwhile the EU claims it is the only party to have sent aid to Aleppo – whereas, it is questionable whether they’ve sent any at all.
